Key Responsibility:

• Responsible for handling the entire employment life cycle for the client account
  1. Confirmation
  2. Transfers
  3. Promotions
  4. Performance Management
  5. Contract Management
  6. Letter issuance
  7. Off boarding process
• Preparation of monthly key HR analytics

Basic qualifications

• Completed degree / diploma in the field of HR
• Experience in HR analytics / analytics will be a key advantage
• Should have at least 1-2 years experience in the field of HR

Job requirements:

• Sound knowledge on analytics
• Should be conversant with MS Office
• Good communication skills - in written and spoken English
• You should be able to work under strict deadlines and be a result oriented person with the ability to work independently
