Coordinator cum Secretary - Food & Beverage Department

The job involves manning the central reservations desk at the F&B Department providing guests with information pertaining to F&B outlets, banquet halls, banquet functions, special events and attending to correspondence and liaising with other departments. He/She will ensure all customer needs are attended to promptly and accurately and as well attend to routine F&B office work.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess Hotel School qualifications
  • Be between 25-30 years of age
  • Have a pleasant and outgoing personality to positively interact with prospective customers
  • Have excellent communication skills in English
  • Be computer literate (Word, Excel & PowerPoint etc)
  • By dynamic and self motivated
