System Engineer
Job Description:
- Designing .Implementing, & troubleshooting of information security solutions such as web security, email security, firewall/ IPS, WAN optimization solution and SIEM Solutions in customer's environments.
- Provide expert technical and pre-sale support for presenting and implementing above solutions
- Organize POC (Proof of concept) with relevant documentation
- Work with technical / sales staff, management and vendors to take decisions on implementing solutions.
- Take part in R&D activities and introduce new products and technologies to company product line.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- BSc/Diploma in Information Technology Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Strong customer interface; administration of meetings (setup, testing and user instruction at all meetings)
- In depth knowledge network configuration and troubleshooting Excellent troubleshooting skills on network security implementation Willingness to learn new technologies
