As a part of its expansion programme, the Colombo Swimming Club requires the following personnel for immediate engagement.

F & B Cost Controller

Requirements:

• Team player with good communication skills to handle the menu costing and cost control
• Requires minimum 2 years' experience in handling costing in Hotel environment
• Hands on experience in ERP packages will be a distinct advantage
• AAT finalists or part qualification in CIMA / ACA / ACCA will be an added qualification
• A person with a pleasing personality is preferred
