Coordinator (Business School)

Job Purpose:
Coordinate, schedule, conduct and execute courses in the business school and exams while maintain quality of logistics, resource personnel and other relevant areas of each course and exam. You will be responsible for total operations in language centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Annual Plan for study courses / exams and events of the AAT Business School under the guidance of the Head of the Division
  • Scheduling courses
  • Maintain and improve the quality standards of study course materials, logistics etc
  • Conduct / release the exams results on time
  • Conduct all courses with full potential
  • Organise successful Award ceremonies / Seminars / workshop etc, in collaboration with Head of the Division
  • Setting up the language centre with its full operation
  • Improve the quality aspect of each exam conducted by the business school
  • Coordinate with the AAT Business School Study Board Committee regarding the updates of courses and quality standards

Requirement

  • Should possess a Degree in Business Administration of Marketing
  • Comprehensive knowledge in Microsoft Office package
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 1 year experience in a similar capacity or experience in an executive level in a reputed organisation
