Call Centre Assistant
Each Call Centre Assistant will be a part of the highly motivated team who wishes to serve customers in an effective and efficient manner.
The selected candidates will be assigned to answer incoming calls of customers & to assist them with accidents, inquiries, assessments & complaints.
The Role:
- Obtain accurate details of the accident & update the system.
- Allocation of damage appraisers.
- Carry out follow up calls.
- Handle & resolve customer inquiries & complaints
The Profile:
- Passed G.C.E. Advance Level
- Willingness to work on a shift basis
- Clear & pleasant voice
- Good communication skills both Sinhala & English and ability to communicate in Tamil would be a distinct advantage
- Willingness to listen and understand the customer and ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work in teams.
- Computer literate
- Call Centre experience in a reputed Insurance Company / other related industries will be an added advantage.
