We currently seek dynamic, result-oriented individuals to fulfil the following position.

Call Centre Assistant

Each Call Centre Assistant will be a part of the highly motivated team who wishes to serve customers in an effective and efficient manner.

The selected candidates will be assigned to answer incoming calls of customers & to assist them with accidents, inquiries, assessments & complaints.

The Role:

  • Obtain accurate details of the accident & update the system.
  • Allocation of damage appraisers.
  • Carry out follow up calls.
  • Handle & resolve customer inquiries & complaints

The Profile:

  • Passed G.C.E. Advance Level
  • Willingness to work on a shift basis
  • Clear & pleasant voice
  • Good communication skills both Sinhala & English and ability to  communicate in  Tamil would be a distinct advantage
  • Willingness to listen and understand the customer and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work in teams.
  • Computer literate
  • Call Centre experience in a reputed Insurance Company / other related industries will be an added advantage.
