In line with the Bank's rapid expansion plans, the following vacancy exists for a dynamic, enthusiastic and result oriented individual to be based in the Northern Province.
Legal Officer - (Northern Province)
The ideal candidate is expected to provide an accurate service in handling Civil matters pertaining to money recovery, draft plaints and legal documents and to take necessary steps in cases and conduct trials.
Requirements:
- Should be an Attorney at Law
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the District Court handling Civil matters especially in money recoveries.
- Previous experience in a Bank or a recognised Financial Services Institution will be a definite advantage.
- An excellent communicator with fluency in both Tamil and English is essential. Knowledge of Sinhala will be a definite advantage.
- Ability to draft plaints, legal documents and to conduct trials is mandatory.
