Assistant Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities Include:

• Handling recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, training and development, grievances, disciplinary management, employee relationships etc
• Leading the team to adhere with the departments' ISO standards
• Handling personal accident / workmen compensation / medical insurance
• Organising staff welfare activities
• Ensuring day-to-day efficiency of the HR department

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

• A degree (preferably in HR field) or equivalent professional qualification in HR
• An excellent command of written & spoken English
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Good knowledge in labour laws and related issued
• Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in a similar capacity
• Experience is an ISO set up would be an added advantage
• Multitasking capability
• Age below 40 years
