Business Promotion Assistant

Core Responsibility:
He/She will be responsible for dealing with the enquiries in relation to our products and services. Delivering a service to meet the individual needs of all customers and wherever coordinating with relevant parties and follow them up.

Requirements:

• Age should be between 19-25 years of age
• Educated to G.C.E. A/L standard
• Should have experience in the similar capacity
• Possess excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala
• Be self-motivated, passionate individual with a positive attitude
• Additional customer service qualifications

• Demonstrate a desire to learn and succeed with a service environment
• Demonstrate an ability to develop and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service in all activities
