Director - Customer Experience

The selected candidate will oversee the Call Centre (Inbound and Oubound) and Credit and Collection functions whilst supporting the performance of end-to-end customer experience including testing of new products.

  • Should possess a degree from a recognised university or equivalent; MBA will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years at senior level; experience in Telco will be a definite advantage

If you are a team player with good leadership skills, experience in strategic planning and execution and having excellent analytical, decision making and research skills then, we are looking for you.
