MAS Brands (Private) Limited is the Strategic Business Unit of MAS Investments, focused on the launch and subsequent marketing of amante, MAS' own brand of lingerie, in Sri Lanka. Our vision and drive to be the category leader within the premium lingerie segment, enables us to understand the evolving needs of the expressive, confident and contemporary Sri Lankan woman. We believe that fine lingerie is the privilege of every woman, and therefore provide tailor-made intimate apparel to fit her unique contour, style and taste.

We are on the lookout for talented individuals for the following rewarding and challenging opportunities;

Brand Manager

You will be responsible in planning and implementing overall local branding activities for the brand amante.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Create a clear and comprehensive brand Plan taking into consideration the category dynamics, the vision and objectives of the company as well as the overall brand expectations.
  • Lead the planning and implementing of all the brand related activity in a timely manner whilst ensuring the product identified, is kept as an integral part in the brand building and tactical activity.
  • Adapting the brand communication to suit the local context, planning the communication platforms with detailed plans in consultation with the team and external partners, for approval of the management.
  • Drive and deliver effective implementation of all agreed communication plans (customer and shopper) and activation directed at brand building.

Qualification & Experience:

  • A degree in Marketing/Business Management AND/OR equivalent Professional qualification in Marketing such as CIM, SLIM, etc.
  • 3-4 years of work experience in a similar capacity ideally in a FMCG environment.
  • Excellent Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • IT literacy.
  • Good interpersonal skills and analytical skills.
