MAS Brands (Private) Limited is the Strategic Business Unit of MAS Investments, focused on the launch and subsequent marketing of amante, MAS' own brand of lingerie, in Sri Lanka. We are on the lookout for talented individuals for the following rewarding and challenging opportunities;

Marketing Executive

You will be assisting the Brand Manager in order to plan and implement branding activities for the brand amante from and execution perspective.

  • Support the planning and implementing of all the brand related activities - positioning, communication, promotions etc. Ensure the product identified, is kept as an integral part in the brand building and tactical activity.
  • Drive and support the delivery of the effective implementation of all agreed communication plans (customer and shopper) and activation directed at brand building. Monitor and evaluate success of each against pre-determined objectives.
  • Support the field team to achieve ideal brand visibility at every point of contact.
  • Monitor and track competitive activity with the support of the team, and initiate/implement relevant research as and when necessary.

Qualification & Experience:

  • CIM, SLIM, or equivalent professional qualification in marketing.
  • 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
  • Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • IT literacy.
