Location: Homagama Branch

Job role:

• Handle inbound calls, emails and online chat in a prompt and efficient manner
• Generate sales through inbound & outbound calls
• Deliver Happiness to all our customers in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Male / Female age below 30 years
• Excellent command of English with good telephone etiquette and computer literacy are vital requirements
• Responsible to handle inbound calls, emails, online chat in a timely and professional manner
• Willingness & ability to work on Shift / Roster basis
• Candidates with sales & marketing experience would be an added advantage / school leavers also can be considered
