To steer our expanding operation, we seek a self-motivated and career-oriented person for the following position.

Finance Executive

Role Profile:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports
• Carryout weekly bank reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of management information
• Analyse revenue and expenditure trends, recommend appropriate budget levels and support cost control initiatives
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all supplier/statutory payments
• Administer petty cash/cash advances as per the relevant company procedures
• Assist the external / internal auditors in carrying out audits
• Provide secretarial/clerical support to activities of the Finance Department

Personal Profile:

• A relevant degree from a reputable university
• Partly qualified in CA/ACA/CIMA
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills; ability to work independently
• Experience in using computer applications
• Below 30 years of age
