Executive - Recoveries

Location: Head Office

Job Profile:

• Ensure to control new NPL Cases & convert the NPL cases to Performing Level
• Minimising the impairment
• Improve the overall individual collection radio
• Provide information, recommendations to the superiors to take decision & further recovery actions
• Coordinate with respective Branch Manager & marketing officers in order to maximise the collections
• Coordinate with Documentations, Finance, Insurance and Operations Departments to solves customers' issues
• Inform & educate clients about new procedures and changes
• Ensure that the collection processes are in line with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Should possess a valid riding license
• Willingness to do field recoveries
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Computer literacy (MS Excel is essential)
