Sales Coordinator

The Role will be Responsible for:

• To provide support for business development activities
• To provide outstanding levels of customer service to both internal and external clients
• Understanding the business implications of a legal documents (MN1) and liaising with group legal for (MN2) review and approvals
• Must be able to efficiently respond to any online (MN3) or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
• Producing professional sales and related documents / presentations using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Any other duties of a similar level and nature as may be required by the business
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
• Present a positive, professional image of the company with all customers, internal and external

Key skills and qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience and be educated to degree level or holding any qualifications relating to Sales or Marketing - CIM, SLIM
• Must be fluent in English to a very high standard and possess strong communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar role within the IT industry will be an added advantage
• Must be organised and possess a high level of administration ability
• Candidate should possess excellent customer service skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office
• Able to conduct market research & analysis activities
