Brand Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of Brand Marketing Plan/s to achieve end objectives and manage the entire marketing mix of the assigned Brands
• Develop/implement strategies, monitor progress, conduct internal/external research, conduct competitor analysis and suggest corrective course of action on the brand
• Plan, organize and execute brand related Advertising Campaigns/Promotional Campaigns events/sales promotions, conduct brand training/presentations to internal/external customers and preparation of reports for Management Information.
• Initiate and implement a sound Marketing Information System for the assigned Brand, handle internal/external customer queries related to brand/s liaise with advertising, promotional, event management and market research agencies.
• Coordinate with Branches/Depts. on activities with regard to Brand plans/campaigns
• Achievement of Brand KPI’s

The Person:

• Go-getter with a Positive attitude, innovator with excellent organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure in a demanding work environment.
• Excellent communication and Public Relation skills both oral and written in English and Sinhala or Tamil together with familiarity in Ms-Office Packages.
• An acceptable Marketing Qualification such as marketing degree or SLIM/CIM (part or full)
