Assistant Manager - Training & Development

You will be responsible to ensure efficient training administration and execution within the Company such as liaising with internal and external trainers, participants, venues etc. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining and training dashboard according to the T&D process of the company. You will assist in following up participants' feedback and action plans initiated post evaluation.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Possess a Degree in Human Resources Management from a recognised University
  • Possess a professional qualification in Training & Development / Human Resources Management by IPM or an equivalent qualification
  • Have 5 years experience in Human Resources Management / Training & Development while having a thorough knowledge in T&D process and evaluation methods
  • Have a pleasing personality with inter personnel skills and a positive attitude
  • Be a strong team player and self motivated
  • Have strong communication skills in verbal and written English & Sinhala & be computer literate
  • Be capable of working independently & holding the responsibility of handling any given situation
