Human Resources Executive

• Handle end to end talent acquisition process
• Contribute towards the recruitment process from a strategic perspective by understanding & facilitating manpower requisitions from departments
• Carryout manpower planning and periodic HR reporting
• Support & Coordinate HR operations and administration functions
• Network & build a sound rapport with internal as well as external stakeholders involved in the talent acquisition process

Human Resources Coordinator

• Manage employee engagement and recreation activities
• Assist in formulating and executing of company HR policies and procedures
• Coorindate & ensure smooth functioning of training and talent development process
• Liaise with other departments on day to day HR operations
• Be actively involved in maintaining a positive work culture on a well-defined plan to enhance motivation and retention of staff

Candidates applying for the above positions should possess the following:

• A degree in HR / Business management or Professional qualification in HRM, preferably PQHRM at IPM or a recognised institute
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in similar capacity in a star class hotel
• Well conversant with all aspects of HR operations
• Sound knowledge in MS Office package
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Flexible with a "can do" attitude
• Ability to work independently and deliver accurately as per timelines
• Should be assertive, self-driven and a team payer with a natural passion for people
