Due to rapid expansion in our operations we are seeking for dynamic, self-motivated and result oriented individuals to fill the following positions immediately.
HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Reduce absenteeism and support to achieve departmental KPIs as specified by the Management
- Assist and support maintaining the required carder and scheduling recruitment interviews and recruitment process at factory
- Support and maintain good industrial relations and contended workforce by organising motivational and welfare activities
- Responsible for maintaining HRIS system and related activities
- Need to play a supportive role for aligning HR systems, practices and policies with the guidance of Management
Recruitment:
- Professional qualification in HRM from IPM / recognised institute
- Below 35 years of age
- 2 years working experience in Executive Capacity in Manufacturing or apparel would be an added advantage
- Good Communication skills
- Computer LIteracy in MS Office Package
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Preferably male candidates
