Hardware Support Technicians / Trainees

General Job Description:

  • Maintaining or reporting equipment
  • Troubleshooting a variety of computer issues
  • Setting up computer security measures
  • Configuring computer networks
  • Offering technical support on-site / remote or via phone or email
  • Installing hardware and software systems

Requirements:

  • Age below 24 years
  • Minimum of G.C.E. O/L
  • Minimum professional qualifications: Diploma in IT / Hardware / Networking
  • Experience in Network installations / computer troubleshooting and software installations
  • Good communications - written and verbal - and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well with fellow team members and also independently
  • Should have a valid license for riding motor bikes
  • Knowledge in CCTV / POS Systems will be added advantage
