Team Leader

Role and Responsibility:

  • The individual is responsible for providing leadership for a group of members to achieve a given target and objectives.

Key Skills:

  • Proven team leadership and reporting skills
  • Excellent communicator with strong verbal skills
  • Paying attention to details will be essential along with a can do, flexible attitude
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunity's and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience in using desktop applications and software
  • Willing to work flexible hours

Requirements:

  • 1 year of work experience in a BPO/KPO environment will be an added advantage
  • Successful completion of the G.C.E. A/L examination
