Stores Executive

The Job Role:

  • The role holder is primarily responsible to handle our distributor orders, order deliveries and make sure that all the deliveries will reach to the correct destination on time. Further the selected candidate is responsible to issue the right products to the right customers on right time.
  • Effective coordination with internal clients (Eg: Sales team & agency staff) on delivery arrangements.
  • Proper supervision of delivery vehicles with required conditions and maintain a minimum downtime for product transportation.
  • Meet warehouse operational standards by improving productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements

The Person:

  • Should possess a part qualification in Diploma in supplies and material Management
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity or of the same industry would be an added advantage
  • The ideal candidate should be below 30 years
  • Should possess an outgoing personality and be equipped with excellent communication and presentation skills to operate efficiently and effectively and should be computer literate
  • Possessing a pharmacist license will be an added advantage
