Assistant Administration Manager

Job responsibilities are as follows are but not limited to:

  • Identifying needs for Head Office / Branch outlets and establishing policies, procedures and work schedules
  • Purchase printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements, negotiating price, quality and delivery, approving invoices for all company requirements
  • Responsibilities for handling negotiations pertaining to lease agreements and relevant contracts
  • Effective coordination with all divisions and provide consultative guidance to achieve the set objectives
  • Signing contracts / MOU's on behalf of the company if and when required
  • Implementation of cost effective strategies and thereby minimising overheads in SUB's
  • Negotiating with suppliers, contractors and follow up legal matters as and when required
  • Representation of the company with the authorities and thereby effectively handle the PR to achieve business objectives
  • Achieving financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, analysing variances

The candidate should be below 45 years and possess a Degree or equivalent professional qualification in business administration / management with a minimum of 5 years' hands on experience.

The applicant should have strong communication skills in all three languages, negotiation skills and multi-tasking and sensitivity to cross-cultural exposures, independent but strong team player with ability to encourage and support individuals to achieve their full potential with very strong analytical mindset. This job will entail traveling.
