Senior Executive - Business Support Centre

Position Summary:
To ensure timely completion of all pre-requisites for invoicing. Invoicing should also be done for each time line by monitoring and coordinating with all the account’s points of contact or account leadership if required, at the ATC. You will be required to customise reports from general reports, analyse, find the root cause and take action according to the situation and urgency by coordinating with all the BSC partners. You will be responsible for carrying out all routine tasks as well as ad hoc requirements that would arise.

Experience:
3-5 Years’ experience in Project Management Office which includes the knowledge in handling the end to end Invoicing cycle.
Experience in KPO/ BPO/ IT industry will be considered an advantage

Skill Requirement:

Mandatory Skills:

  • Knowledge of time entry to invoicing cycle
  • Knowledge of project management activities
  • Problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of Invoicing
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Communications skills

Other Skills:

  • Knowledge of Lead to Cash cycle
  • Revenue operations
