Receptionist Cum Telephone Operator
Location: Colombo
Responsibilities:
- Greet, direct and provide relevant information to the visitors
- Operate telephone switchboard by answering, screening, forwarding cals, providing information and taking messages
- Collect, sort and distribute mails, messages and courier deliveries
- Attend to administrative tasks and when needed
Requirements:
- Should be a pleasant and professional personality with excellent telephone etiquettes
- Should possess minimum 2 passes in G.C.E. A/L
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Sinhala. Tamil would be an advantage
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity
- Preferably a female candidate, age below 30
