Senior HR Executive

• Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity
• Thorough knowledge in handling Performance Management Systems
• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources Planning
• Ability to assist in strategic decision-making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong written and verbal skills in English
• A pleasing personality and a positive attitude
• The ability to engage in extensive travelling as the job requires on-demand travelling to the laboratory network island-wide
• Should be able to adapt to extended hours of work when required, though not frequent
• Age below 35 years
• Female candidates preferred
