Customer Care Assistant / Officer - Customer Care (Life-Call Centre)

Location - Head Office, Rajagiriya

The Role:

• Handle policy holder inquiries on underwriting, servicing and claims
• Provide products details and quotations
• Support projects such as revival campaigns, leads follow-ups, telemarketing and upselling

The Profile:

• Passed G.C.E. A/L
• Clear & present voice
• Good communications skills both Sinhala & English and ability to communicate in Tamil would be a distinct advantage
• Willingness to listen and understand the customer and ability to manage time effectively
• Ability to work in teams
• Computer literacy
• Call Centre Experience: 1-2 years in a reputed Life Insurance Company
