Senior HR Executive
Location: Biyagama
The ideal candidate should:
- Be between 24-35 years of age
- Possess a BSc Degree in HRM / part qualification in PQHRM conducted by IPM / advance Diploma in HRM conducted by NIBM or any other equivalent qualification from a recognised institution
- Possess a minimum of 2 years experience in Recruitment, Managing payroll, employee welfare, compensation benefits
- Possess good communication skills in English and Sinahala
- Be computer literate with sound knoweldge in MS Office Packages
- Be able to work under pressure / proactive & familiar with team approach
- Priority will be given to those who have experience in HR related activities in manufacturing environment
