Junior Executive - Card Operations

Job Profile:

• Drive and monitor the teams in key projects such as Data migrating, switch upgrade, ATM client upgrade and system implementation
• Carryout User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on card systems, leading the UAT sign off and movement of programmes to production environment
• Ensure internal as well as external operational and audit requirements are met
• Generate MIS reports
• Preparation of process manuals / guides and training materials for all card products
• Active participation at regular meetings with inter-departments to understand and rectify any issues promptly
• Monitor project productivity levels on a daily basis
• Coordinate with external vendors and obtain required support services, to ensure that they exceed service levels

Aspirant Profile:

• Degree or higher educational qualification related to IT
• Possess 4-6 years related experience in a banking environment
• Thorough understanding of cards operations requirements and the ability to convert them to IT specifications
• Work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills
