HR Executive

Location: Dikwella Resorts & Spa

We are looking for a young and energetic individual with a "Can Do" attitude to be part of the Browns Hotels and Resorts Group HR Team with Based on Dickwella Resort.

The Profile:
The ideal candidate should possess at least three years' experience in hotel sector or HR Experience with a sound educational background. The candidate must be below 30 years of age with a friendly personality, fluency in English and good leadership skills.

Role:

Manage all HR related process of the hotel while liaise with the Group HR team and maintain policies and procedures of the Group.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate of a recognised university or equal professional qualification in HRM
• Excellent command of English language is mandatory
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High degree of commitment, dedication and integrity
• Exposure to HRIS systems will be an added advantage
• Willingness to be stationed at the Hotel
• Candidate in vicinity will be preferable
