Receptionist

Requirements:

  • Pleasing personality and positive attitude towards professional development and accomplishment
  • Highly organised with the ability to proactively multiple tasks within a dynamic environment
  • Good PR Skills
  • Fluent in English and Sinhala
  • Computer literacy (MS Office) is a must
  • School leavers are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Taking and relaying accurate and detailed messages
  • Required Responding to inquiries, Reception duties Filing and other tasks as required by the CEO from time to time

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Trainee Receptionist will be added advantage

Remuneration:

  • A progressive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate, based on the qualifications, experience and competence.
