Senior Manager - Internal Audit

Job Responsibilities:
The selected candidate would be responsible for planning, executing and reporting on operational, financial, and regulatory and compliance related audits and conducting investigations. This would also include the functions of providing adivice on internal controls to the risk and Audit Committees and will be reporting to the Assistant General Manager - Internal Audit.

Qualifications / Pre-requisites / Requirements for the positions:

• Must be a member of CA Sri Lanka
• The candidate should have an investigation mindset, with an excellent knowledge of governance, risk and controls, finance and accounting procedures and applicable standards
• Should have minimum of 12 years experience of post CA Sri Lanka qualification and out of five (5) years should have been an Internal Audit or Financial functions at a senior level (manager or above grade)
• Previous experience in Administration functions will be an added advantage
• The individual should process excellent communication, analytical and report writing skills with a high proficiency in excel and MS Word and aptitude to work independently
• Must have a proven track record of working within the time lines given by the company
• Must have a proven track record of delivering the company objectives
• Must be able to undertake any task / responsibilities, given by the superiors and be willing to accept new challenges given from time to time
• Age below 55 years
