Payroll Executive / Officer

Location: Head Office - Group HR

Main responsibility is to handle and ensure the smooth functioning of the group payroll system and prepare the reports for assist the top management decisions.

• Passed G.C.E. A/L in commerce / maths stream is essential
• University degree in HR / Business Administration, Accounting / Professional Qualification in HRM (Qualified in PQHRM at IPM) will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar capacity
• Target oriented and capability to perform under pressure
• Possess numerical ability to and data entry skills
• Computer literacy and highly proficient in MS Excel is a must
• Pleasing personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Spoken and written, in both Sinhala and English
• Age below 28 years
