IT Manager

Location: Head Office

Responsibilities:

• Daily system administration tasks and troubleshooting of Windows based servers
• System monitoring, tuning and support
• On call support of servers and flexibility of hours on occasion for releases, upgrades, and maintenance windows
• Administer Active Directory
• Ability to troubleshoot complex incidents

Challenges:

• 24/7 Availability in case of emergencies
• Maintaining 99.9% network uptime
• Ability to learn and absorb new technologies and skills faster

Technical Competency:

• MS Active Directory managing and maintenance
• MS DNS & DHCP Infrastructure managing and maintenance
• MS Windows Server deployment and management
• Administration in Windows Server Operating Systems (2003/2008 & 2008r2/2012R2)
• Administration in Windows Client Operating Systems (Windows 7/8/8.1)
• Implementation and Troubleshooting of Server OS
• Implementation and Troubleshooting of Client OS
• User Administration in Active Directory
• Troubleshooting Sever Infrastructure

Educational & Professional Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
• Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
• CompTIA A+
• CompTIA Server+

Non-Technical Competency:

• Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision from onsite locations
• Should be willing to work on extended and irregular hours when required
• Strong self-starter, motivated to help TEAM in their deliverables
• Should be comfortable in working under pressure when required
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Minimum 2 years' experience in similar position
