Accountant

The ideal candidate should possess a full qualification in CA / CIMA / ACCA with 3 years' experience in a similar capacity or, a part qualification in CA / CIMA / ACCA with 5 years' experience out of which 3 years' should be as an Accountant. Sound knowledge of Accounting standards, ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and ability to work well within a team are key competencies sought.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

• Assuming responsibility for maintain accurate financial information
• Assuming responsibility for MIS, budgeting and monitoring
• Maintaining accounting controls and developing policies and procedures for the company
• Reviewing agreements, customer proposals and related costing
• Handling revenue taxes and related transactions
• Handling invoicing, debt control and follow up
