Manager - HR
An HR Generalist with an excellent attitude and an outgoing personality with a proven track record in maintaining high standards in the scope of HR and with the ability to interact with employees of all levels is well suited for this role.
The ideal candidate should possess a Degree or equivalent Professional Qualification in Human Resources and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar capacity. Excellent leadership, problem solving, interviewing and interpersonal skills are required to perform this role. Excellent command of English and Sinhala, ability to meet deadlines while working under pressure and ability to work well within a team are key competencies sought. Previous experience in conducting training programmes will be considered a distinct advantage. Candidates below 35 years of age are preferred.
Key responsibilities of this position include, but is not limited to Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Productivity Improvement, Compensation and Benefits.
