Walk-In Interviews - Branch Manager

Locations: Galle / Anuradhapura

The Job:

• The applicant shall be responsible for the entire Management and operation of the Showroom towards achieving the corporate objectives
• Should positively and effectively respond to customer inquiries, comments and suggestions
• Should be able to work well under pressure and achieve the given monthly sales targets to meet strict deadlines
• Would be required to constantly communicate with the Higher Management of the company and attend meetings at the Head Office in Colombo, at any given time
• Should be able to lead, manage, train and motivate staff to maintain a high degree of professionalism

Personal Profile:

• Should be preferably between 25-35 years of age
• Should have a minimum of 2-3 years' working experience in a Sales related field in the Commercial Sector
• Should possess an excellent command of English both oral and written and must be computer literate
• Should be a person with highly interpersonal skills and a self-starter who can work with minimum supervision and be able to work long and flexible working hours in a roster scheme
• Should be a Team Player with strong leadership skills
• Professional qualification in a related field will be an added advantage
