HR Executive

We require the services of an efficient, well organised, self-motivated and multi-skilled team player to join our Hospital, as a Human Resources Executive with immediate effect. The selected candidate who displays promise and performs up to expectations, could look forward to a steady career with an attractive remuneration package within the company.

Job Profile:

  • Handling requirement, selection & induction functions
  • Handling the monthly payroll system and overlooking the attendance system
  • Implementing and coordinating employees training and development activities
  • Handling IR & ER issues
  • Handling and coordinating employee welfare activities
  • Involving in occupational safety & health activities to maintain a hazard free environment
  • Maintaining standards according to compliances

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have a degree in HRM from a recognised university or PQHRM at IPM or have an equivalent professional qualification
  • G.C.E. A/L with a credit pass for English at G.C.E. O/L examination
  • Have good oral & written communication skills both in Sinhala and English languages
  • Computer proficiency 
  • Possess at least 3-4 years' experience in similar capacity
  • Age below 35 years
  • Ability to work long hours
  • Ability to work independently with a great attention to detail in a high pressure environment
