Production Planning Engineer

Noratel International (Pvt) Ltd, located in the Free Trade Zone Katunayake, is a company of the Scandinavia-based Noratel Group, and is one of the world’s leading companies in the manufacture of transformers and other inductive components. We started operating in Sri Lanka in 1989 under the name of Toroids International (Pvt) Ltd and opened our second company, Toroid Lanka (Pvt) Ltd in 1999. Our third factory opened in October 2006. Now we have 1300 employees and are looking for competent persons for the above position.

Qualifications/Experience: BSc (Eng.) Production, excellent planning skills, Computer knowledge (Latest Microsoft Windows, Office version) & work study knowledge. Fluent in English, must be able to work both independently and in a team. Minimum 2 years of experience from a fully computerized ERP-planning system, preferably symix & work study in a similar position is desireable. Candidates living close to Katunayake are preferred.
