Customer Support Assistant

As a Customer Support Assistant you will be responsible for delivering technical support for configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting software packages. The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 2 years hands on experience in customer support / software troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of programming languages (C#, .NET), databases (T-SQL, SQL Server 2008) and operating systems
  • Knowledge of composing database queries, triggers and stored procedures
  • Experience in troubleshooting software deployments in operating environments
  • An ability to adapt to any business domain
  • Skills to move and work efficiently with other teams
  • Excelent oral and written communication skills
