Guest Relations Assistant

Requirements:

  • G.C.E. Advanced Level qualifications
  • Age below 30 years
  • Residing or boarded in & around Katunayake area
  • Good Public / Customer Relations skills
  • A friendly customer oriented and confident personality
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge / experience in using the Telephone and Public Address System
  • Good Computer literacy
  • A minimum of a year's experience in a similar capacity

Job Role:

  • Welcoming guests and directing them to the relevant persons / departments
  • Attending to incoming & outgoing telephone calls, transferring the calls to the relevant persons
  • Attending to incoming & outgoing packages (courier and others), maintain records of receipts
  • Issuing BOI passes and maintaining visitor records
  • Managing the meeting room booking system
