Assistant Manager - Human Resources

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Tracking staff movements, attritions & vacancies in Head Office / Divisions & 58 branches island wide and filling the vacancies within a stipulated time frame internally or externally
  • Maintaining and updating Job Descriptions of all employees with clearly defined roles and responsibilities
  • Monitoring & executing of well-planned induction & orientation programmes to enable the new recruits to reach productivity levels faster
  • Conducting salary & benefits surveys within the industry using the market trends & data in order to implement reward & recognition programmes on a timely basis
  • Coordinating between Corporate HR & Branch Network / Division, acting as the point of contact in attending to employees welfare, grievance, benefits & compensation related concerns
  • Providing MIS repots on a timely manner to the Management and other relevant internal stakeholders
  • Attending to day-to-day HR functions such as drafting memos, reports for Board approval and related HR correspondences

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Full / part professional qualification in Human Resources Management from a recognised institute or equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 years experience in HR field
  • High proficiency in oral and written English is mandatory
  • Sound PR skills with the ability to perform duties with minimum supervision
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
