Currently a vacancy has emerged in our HR Department for the post of Recruitment Manager.
Manager - Recruitment
The Person:
Dynamic, innovative and efficient enabler with excellent interpersonal skills to deal with multidisciplinary personalities. Good listening, convincing and negotiation skills. Must be target oriented and thorough knowledge in effective communication through social media. Willingness and flexibility to work in any part of the country on project base.
The Job:
- Managing and leading the entire recruitment process of the Sales Force with given constraints
- Development of innovative recruitment mechanisms and implement successfully
- Analysis of target markets based on diversified recruitment needs and execution of tailer-made programmes for exceptional results
- Build and maintain quality relationships with internal and external parties for better results
- Accomplishment of weekly/monthly/quarterly recruitment KPIs
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity/job functions in organising and executing productive mass recruitment campaigns
