Inventory Control Assistant

Opportunity exists in the Inventory Control Department in the Finance Division of Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC for a young dynamic and energetic individual, with high degree of motivation, excellent analytical and communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team with the determination to succeed in a challenging environment.

Job Profile

• Assist to carryout physical Inventory verifications at various location during the stipulated period.
• Assist to finalizing annual physical inventory verification
• Assist to finalizing shop and approved dealer's inventory handing over matters
• Preparing management information reports and assist to month end operations of the department

Personal Profile:

• Good results in G.C.E. A/L
• Prior working experience in inventory management will be a distinct advantage
• Flair for dealing with internal and external customers extremely courteously
• Professional qualification in ICASL - Foundation Level or/and AAT qualification will be an added advantageous
• Exposure to computerized accounting application packages and ERP System
• Age between 18-23 years
