HR Assistant
The candidate should ideally be below 30 years of age, and should possess a professional qualification in Human Resources Management from a recognized institute. A sound knowledge in MS Excel is mandatory.
He/She should have strong organisation and planning skills, good analytical skills. (i.e. Must have the ability to analyse & share reports with the team). Excellent people skills. Those selected must be able to work effectively and be result oriented. Candidates should possess both spoken and written skills in Sinhala and English language.
With a 'make it happen' mentality the candidate should be essentially responsible for the following.
- Timely attending to performance review process of Non-Ex category and make sure to send out first, second and third progress reports as stipulated in the process of performance review
- Maintain and update Progress review and database accurately (Both Non Ex Category)
- Update and maintain Personal Files - Non Ex category of employees with required documents
- Collecting required documents from new recruits and maintain Personal Files accordingly
- Supporting int he process of employment verification for new employees both Ex & Non Ex categories
