Manager / Assistant Manager - Personal Loans
This position would ideally suit for an individual with an exceptional flair for persuasion and ability to interact confidently with professionals in diverse sectors.
Job Role:
- Build up and maintain a personal loan portfolio by identifying potential customers
- Perform credit evaluation according to the credit criteria of the company
- Maintain highly professional customer relationship
- Motivate and coach team members to achieve the set performance levels
- Conduct promotional activities to create the awareness
Requirements:
- A Degree from an accredited Sri Lanka / Foreign university or qualified in CIMA / CIM / SLIM
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the relevant field, preferably in the Banking sector
- Action team player who can work under pressure
