Human Resources Assistant (Female) - Seethawaka

Job Profile:

• Identify the HR Needs and Required Competencies and Organize Recruitment, Staff Orientation and Development Activities accordingly.
• Formulation and sound operation of Employee Performance Management System to provide Decisional Support Platform for Management

Skill Profile:

• Age preferably between 25 -32 Years.
• Qualification in HR from a recognized Institute ( Higher Diploma in IPM / NIBM or equivalent)
• Hands 011 experience in HRIS package is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years Experience in a similar capacity ( Preferably in Industrial Sector and in a Multi-N ationa 1 C ompany)
• Hands on experience in Sinhala Typing is Essential
• A smart, Intelligent, Hard working, an Outgoing personality with high computer literacy, Particularly in Spread Sheet and Power Point.
• Effective, Polite Communication skills in English and Sinhala are prerequisites.
• Ability to work independently, Handle Multiple Tasks.
• Positive proactive attitudes towards the job related matters.
• A Logical & Analytical minded person
• Person from close proximity to Seethawaka Export Processing Zone.
