Ticketing / Reservations Executive (Flydubai)
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Direction supervise ticketing counter staff and coordinate activities related to issuance of Air tickets
- Serving corporate and FIT clients by offering travel itineraries to meet their requirements
- Providing advice on travel destinations and options to meet client requirements
- Reserve space for passenger's reservations agent and sell ticket for scheduled flights ticket agent
- Assisting in all aspects of the operations
- Confer with customer to determine their service requirements and travel preferences
- Contact customer or travel agents to advise them of travel changes or to confirm reservations
- Responsible for all activities at the ticketing counter
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar capacity in the Airline / Travel industry is a must
- IATA certified professional qualification on Airline Ticketing and Reservations or equivalent qualification
- Familiarity with AMADEUS GDS System would be a definite advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word
- Internet savvy
