Reservations Executive
Location: Turyaa Kalutara
The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Hospitality Management from a reputed Hotel School and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity. Excellent PR, communication and interpersonal skills, pleasing personality, ability to work long hours under pressure and the ability to work within a team are key competencies sought. Candidates fluent in another foreign language will be at a distinct advantage.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Assume responsibility for reservations planning and allocation of rooms
- Maintaining all hotel reservations as per the hotel standards
- Enter information regarding VIP / VVIP and special groups arrivals to the system
- Maintaining weekly / monthly guest arrival forecasts
- Liaise with central reservations to update room checks and counts on a daily basis
- Ensure proper conduct, discipline, cleanliness and appearance of staff
